Felipe was great. He did the best he could to get me a fair amount for my repairs.
After our house was hit by lightening blowing apart the chimney tossing concrete around the roof and breaking multiple concrete tiles in September 2023 . The insurance company only paid out $10k for the damages. Damages included rebuilding a chimney, Estimate by the Mason was $11K, roof replacement Estimate ranged between $65k to $90k. Insurance company was non-responsive to calls or negotiations. 5Star Public Adjusters acted on our behalf and we were able to get nearly all damages covered.
